Our Terms and Conditions act as a contract between Beyond the Lens Photography and our clients. We provide access to information and services, and in return, we ask that clients follow the guidelines outlined to ensure a respectful and transparent experience for everyone involved.

Disclaimers to manage expectations regarding content accuracy or potential website downtime
Clear copyright policies, including rules for attribution, adaptation, and usage permissions (commercial or non-commercial)

Return and Refund Policy

Return & Refund Policy

At Beyond the Lens Photography, client satisfaction is our top priority. While our services are personalized and often non-refundable due to the nature of custom photography, we strive to ensure every client has a positive and memorable experience.

Our Return & Refund Policy includes the following:

Cancellations & Rescheduling: Clients may cancel or reschedule a session with a minimum of two (2) days’ notice. Cancellations made after this window may be subject to a fee or forfeiture of the booking deposit.
Deposits & Payments: Session deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future session if notice is given within the allowed rescheduling period.
Image Delivery Issues: If there is an issue with your delivered gallery (e.g., missing files or technical problems), please notify us within 7 days of delivery so we can promptly address the concern.
Product Returns: For printed products (such as photo albums, prints, or canvases), we only accept returns if the item arrives damaged or with a production defect. Items must be reported within 7 days of receipt, along with a photo of the issue.
Refund Process: Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original method of payment.
